The Scholarship Grids are available on our website. For those of you don't know, a Scholarship Grid is a table of available scholarships. With the Community Foundation handling 40-some scholarships, each with its own criteria for eligibility, it is sometimes hard to figure out for which awards one is eligible. The solution for that are the Scholarship Grids.
The grids are a brief summary of our scholarships and their application criteria. The full grid includes all 40+ awards in a big alphabetically-ordered list. It shows geographic, academic, financial need, destination school and other stipulations which people must meet in order to apply. It also shows how much the awards usually are, how many are traditionally given, and what is the procedure for applying. It's a lot of useful info packed into one document.
This year I have made Scholarship Grids broken up by school. So now you can click on the link to your school and it will produce a grid exclusively created for students of that school. There might still be criteria on scholarships within that list that remove an individual student from eligibility, but it is a good place to start.
Check out the lists and start to figure out what awards you are eligible for! It's well worth the effort.
